Florida Stucco Corporation, herein after referred to as Florida Stucco, warrants its exposed aggregate products, Gem and Pearl Finish, against failure for ten (10) years from date of installation & five (5) years for commercial application. Florida Stucco shall send applicator required material to repair the pool in the event of verified material failure.
